SHIPPING POLICY — Vura

Free Shipping

All orders placed with Vura include free shipping to any address within Mexico. No additional shipping charges apply to any purchase.

Processing Time

Once your payment is confirmed, your order enters preparation within 1 to 3 business days. During this time we verify your order, prepare it, and hand it over to the carrier for dispatch.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard delivery time once the order has been dispatched is 7 to 10 business days. In exceptional cases such as high demand, adverse weather conditions, carrier delays, or situations beyond our control, this timeframe may extend up to 21 business days.

Vura does not guarantee exact delivery dates. The times stated are estimates and do not constitute a contractual commitment.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can monitor the status of your shipment in real time.

Delivery Address

It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the address provided at the time of purchase is correct and complete. Vura is not responsible for orders not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If the package is returned for this reason, the cost of reshipping will be borne by the customer.

Orders Not Received

If your order has not arrived after 21 business days from the dispatch date, contact us at cesar.cesardom@gmail.com. We will investigate the case with the carrier before proceeding with any resolution. This process can take up to 7 additional business days.

International Shipping

We currently ship only within Mexico. In the future, we plan to expand our service to other countries, including the United States and Canada. When this becomes available, international shipping terms will be posted on this same page.
